Permit renewals for the 2025/26 year is open. Please check your email and visit the Permit Sales and Renewals information site for updates, how-to guides, and downloadable required forms.

We’re excited to introduce a more streamlined, mostly electronic process this year to help make renewals faster and more efficient.

As some of these changes are new for both our permit holders and our customer service team, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.

Campus-to-Campus Stop Change Notice – May 24, 2025

Due to Commencement activities on Saturday, May 24, 2025, there will be a couple of temporary stop changes:

  • The 11:45 AM Sage Hall stop will be relocated to the Uris Hall bus stop on Tower Road.
  • The 12:00 PM B-Lot pick-up will be moved to Caldwell Road.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this busy campus event.

C2C Temporary Shutdown - 6/29-7/11

🚫 CAMPUS-TO-CAMPUS SERVICE NOTICE

Temporary Shutdown: June 29 – July 11, 2025

 

To ensure the highest quality of service and safety, Campus-to-Campus (C2C) will be temporarily shut down from:

Saturday, June 29 through Friday, July 11, 2025

During this time, we will be conducting:

βœ”οΈ Comprehensive staff training

βœ”οΈ Deep cleaning and maintenance of the bus fleet


We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you again starting Saturday, July 12, 2025.

C2C After Hours Support Ending

Effective immediately, C2C will no longer provide after-hours support. If you are looking to purchase or modify your C2C ticket, kindly visit the C2C website. For further assistance, please contact C2C via phone at 607-254-8747 or via email at [email protected] and a representative will promptly contact you during normal business hours. 

**DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN A VOICEMAIL OR SEND VIA EMAIL**

C2C Passenger Parking

Effective October 10, 2024, C2C passengers parking in the B Lot will be exempt from parking fees. To claim this benefit, kindly submit an email to [email protected], providing your License Plate Number and a detailed description of your vehicle. Additionally, please include the dates for which you intend to park. We kindly request that you park your vehicles as close to the Bus Shelter as possible.

We appreciate your continued patronage of Campus-to-Campus services.

Attention all bike & mobility device users:

In the coming weeks the Clark Hall Skylight Renovation project will commence.  As a result, the bike racks in the Clark Hall vestibule will be removed.  Please ensure that your bike or mobility device is removed by end of business Friday March 21, 2025.

It is important that you seek an alternate location to store your bike as anything left will be impounded.
