  • Employee Permit Renewal Season 2024

Employee Parking permits will be expiring June 30th!  Permit Renewal time period opened June 10th, 2024 at 9am, and run through June 21st, 2024. To guarantee a replacement of your current parking permit please renew by Friday, June 21, 2024. Eligible staff will receive an email with the link to our site to renew your permit.
Transportation Services is transitioning to a virtual parking permit system, using the vehicles license plate as the parking permit. Unless notified, the Transportation department will no longer be issuing a physical hangtag, as your license plate is used to verify valid access to a parking facility. Visit MyParking.Cornell.Edu to register and renew your permit. For more information visit:  https://fcs.cornell.edu/virtualpermits .

  • Permit Availability

Parking permits are issued to eligible faculty, employees, and students on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. Some permit areas may have additional work-in-zone or residency requirements. If a permit area is not available due to capacity or eligibility restrictions, please contact us for alternative parking options.

  • Vehicle Registration

    It's required!

Community members who bring personal cars, motorcycles, or motorscooters to the campus must register their license plate with Transportation Services, whether they buy a parking permit or use short-term options. Vehicle information must be kept current. Register a license plate and update vehicle information.

Transportation Services manages the commuting, parking, and inter-campus travel demands of Cornell University.
